Elia Palazzo Hotel

The location of this hotel is perfect- you are in the old town, where you have a variety of restaurants, gift shops, also a few mini-markets (open until late evening). It is also at a walking distance (10-15min) to Nea Chora beach. Moreover we have found a very cool spot very near, where you can enjoy the sea. Even if you’re in the old town, the location is at walking distance (10-15min) to the new town’s center. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned each day, the air conditioning very useful.

Our location was perfect. It was in the town center, but still quiet at night because the window are soundproof. We had a room with a very small balcony, enough to stand on and look up and down the street, as well as the ocean. I had communicated with Lourakis while we were planning our visit and she was very quick to answer any questions I had, which was great! She , Georgia, and Donna were all very friendly, and always willing to help us out if necessary. The room was equipped with everything we needed except a coffee maker. I am one of those that likes coffee right away in the morning and I don’t go anywhere until I’ve had coffee! My husband just went downstairs each morning and got us each a cup. Everything else was just what we wanted, nice location, and a comfy room.

All the staff was really helpful and the service impeccable. Evelina is the sweetest person you could meet and she prepared delicious breakfast. The staff at the reception were very gentle, kind and helpful. As soon as we arrived the gentleman at the reception took our luggages upstairs. They even allowed us to check-out an hour later without paying extra. The room was cleaned every day. The location is in a quiet road in the pedestrian zone of Chania and very close to the port, we could see the sea from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous quiet location in the heart of beautiful Chania Harbour. Steps away from cafes, taverns, and beautiful shops. Chania City and Ktel bus/ coach depot only around a 10 mins walk away. Rooms were a nice size, which had a very comfortable large bed and pillows. No outside noise was heard in our room. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety to choose from. All staff members were extremely friendly, (Stelio, Ria and Maria) and very helpful assisting us, and giving us helpful advice and tips to make our holiday more enjoyable. A great location on a pedestrianised street in the old town, but also very easy to access the seaside restaurants at both ports. The room was large, the air con excellent and a very good bathroom.
